The Banquet Barn can accommodate up to 200 guests. Outdoor receptions in the Pavilion accommodate 250 guests. Larger outdoor receptions may require additional tenting. 

Faulkner’s Ranch provides the space, food, beverages, entertainment, set up and clean up. 

We do not allow outside catering for food and beverages. However, you are welcome to choose your own cake provider from a professional bakery. 

All alcohol must be purchased from and served by licensed Ranch staff.

A professional DJ is included in the package price.

Wedding parties can access the facility three hours prior to the ceremony start time for pictures and final preparation.

Our Bridal Suite is available to the bride and her attendants for 3 hours prior to the ceremony at no additional cost. The Suite may be rented for additional time if desired.

The ceremony can be moved to the Pavilion or Banquet Barn and the reception can take place inside the Banquet Barn. Based on the weather forecast, a final set up decision will be made the day before the event.

Yes. We will deduct a ceremony fee of $300 from the wedding package.

• Non-Refundable Deposit – $1,000.00 upon Booking to reserve Date and Time
• Balance of Wedding Package – Due 60 Days prior to Event
• Final Headcount – Due 10 Business Days prior to Event (may be raised but not lowered up to one day before the Event)
• Payment of Food, Beverages & Extra Amenities – Due when Final Headcount given
• Payment of Host Bar – Payable at the conclusion of the Event

Most rehearsals are scheduled from 5:00pm – 6:00pm on the Thursday or Friday before the ceremony.
